Gainz Goulash Recipe
- 2 lbs ground turkey or chicken (lean)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 sweet onion
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 jars spaghetti sauce (no sugar added)
- 1 jalapeno (optional)
Chop up and throw all in a crockpot.
Cover with sauce. Stir.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Get creative with it! I eat as is or put over spaghetti squash, quinoa or veggies.
