INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM DESIGN

Individual Program Design blends the unparalleled results of individual programming with the inspiration and accountability of the CFNA group training experience.

It is a strength and conditioning program custom tailored to your unique training objectives. Designed and delivered by CFNA’s head of programming Steve Mullen, your IPD will integrate seamlessly with your current PERFOM or LIVE classes.

It is the best of both worlds and the future of CrossFit prescription.

REQUIREMENTS:

This program will require non-supervised training. Participants will need intermediate to advanced level CrossFit, Olympic lifting and power lifting training experience. Eligibility will be determined by Steve Mullen and/or the CFNA coaching staff.

IPD programs include 5-7 days of training and up to 3 PERFORM or LIVE classes a week, and are thus only available with UNLIMITED Memberships.

PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • 30 minute consultation/assessment
  • Daily, weekly, monthly training program integrated with your the current class structure
  • Access to CFNA IDP Group Facebook page
  • On-going support through our group Facebook with other members following the program AND directly from program coach Steve Mullen
  • Video reviews of lifts, gymnastics, and workouts
  • Advice and guidance on nutrition and supplementation
