What you should know:
BUILD is a Strength Training only class for experienced lifters.
If you are looking to get stronger and more efficient in your lifts, this is the program for you. With consistency and hard work, typical progression is about 5-10 pound increases weekly. Over time, this compounds into considerable progress at the intermediate stage.
Why you should join:
This program is coach led by seasoned lifters. Each session begins by establishing current maxes and transitions into low and high intensity volume training throughout the week. Each class is 1 hour in length and is considered a full body workout, where you will Squat and do upper body.
What your should expect:
We recommend Build as a stand alone program. Special attention must be paid to recovery. Build will wear you out quickly if you are not eating, and sleeping properly or are over-training with supplemental classes.
