Burn is designed to maximize time, calorie burn and weight loss. These classes require zero experience. Just show up and we’ll take care of the rest.

These classes are a great CrossFit entry point for beginners and can also be the perfect stand-alone program that you can enjoy and benefit from indefinitely.
