NinjaFit starts with a foundation of fitness for kids ages 5-11. The priority is teaching kids how to move efficiently and safely. A better understanding of their bodies and how they move opens the door to most any athletic endeavor. We believe in good movement and the lifetime benefits it brings.

We work with your child to be competent in the same 10 general physical skills all adults and kids need to be to thrive in life and any sport. Your kids will have a blast, will improve in their sport of choice, and gain confidence. Plus, you’ll enjoy watching them conquer obstacles and acquire new skills.

What you should expect:

Classes are 45 minutes in length and led by 2 coaches with extensive experience working with youth. Each class includes a warm-up, skill of the day and course play. Though these classes are group format, your unique child will be challenged on an individual level with all the benefits of a group environment.
